The second presenter scheduled for December 12 is Norm Friedman, of Norm Friedman Communications, a firm begun in 1997 and built upon more than 20 years of experience in writing and public relations. Since '97 Mr. Friedman has conducted business writing workshops for dozens of companies, professional firms, and nonprofit organizations in Ohio and out of state.
The workshop will address issues of importance related to matters of communication within nonprofits:
key writing principles - especially clarity, brevity, and a natural style selecting the right medium - letters, memos, e-mail, phone calls maximizing the value of newsletters
communications support of events annual reports
