Provided below are a few of the most commonly asked questions.

1. How can I join CAAO?
   
   As an individual, you have to be a paid member of one of our member organizations.
    
2. How can my organization join CAAO?
   
   If your organization is majority African American, has at least ten paid members, has been in existence for two or more years, is located in greater Cleveland, and your mission does not conflict with CAAO’s mission, just complete our membership application, have it signed by two officers of your organization, and fax it to CAAO at (216) 432-9481. Your application will be reviewed by the CAAO board and put to a vote.
    
3. What are your membership dues, if any?
   
   

   Member Organization Annual Membership Fee (Based on Local Chapter Fees)	$20 - $50	$51 - $150	$151 or more
   CAAO Member Organization Annual Dues	$150	$200	$250

   
    
4. Are there individual dues, if so, how much?
   
   There are no individual dues. However, you must be a paid member of one of our member organizations to engage in the benefits and services of CAAO.
    
5. Is it possible for any other type of organization to be involved or be a member of CAAO?
    
   Yes, a non-profit or for-profit organization whose mission does not conflict with CAAO's mission, can be a Supporting Member or Collaborating Member.  If your organization is interested in either of these two categories, please contact our office for details.
