This includes monthly cash and earnings projection, budgets and strategic plan. Review and analysis relating to monthly management reporting, quarterly board reporting, quarterly Supplemental Package accompanying SEC filings and quarterly Earnings Release/Conference Call Supervision of financial analysts in the group including scheduling, reporting daily updates, development, and ability to provide and receive constructive criticism. Review and preparation of information for rating agencies and other ad hoc requests. Qualifications Requires an accounting degree. CPA/CPA candidate preferred. 3-4 years public accounting with supervisory experience. This position requires strong communication and analytical skills, someone who is highly motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment while motivating others to do the same.
